1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance stance against any behavior involving CSAE, including but not limited to:
- Production, distribution, sharing, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the Lissu platform.
- Sexual harassment, coercion, manipulation, or exploitation of minors through in-app interactions, messages, or content.
- Grooming behaviors targeting minors to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Any attempt to obtain or share minors’ private, sexual, or identifying information for improper purposes. Violations of this clause will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and relevant evidence will be promptly reported to competent legal authorities.

- Users, parents, or guardians can directly report suspected CSAE, unsafe interactions involving minors, or policy violations via the "Report" button in chat interfaces, user profiles, or content pages.
- Reports include options to attach screenshots, chat logs, or other evidence to support investigation.
3.2 CSAM Handling Protocol Upon receiving a report related to CSAM or CSAE:
- Our dedicated team conducts a preliminary review within 4 hours of submission.
- Confirmed violations trigger immediate content removal, account suspension, and escalation to relevant legal authorities (including local child protection agencies and international bodies as applicable).
- We maintain detailed records of all reports and actions taken for at least 3 years to comply with regulatory requirements.
4. Content Monitoring and Risk Prevention
- We deploy advanced content monitoring tools and manual review processes to proactively detect and remove CSAM, inappropriate content, or high-risk interactions involving minors.
- Automated filters are optimized to block keywords, images, and messages associated with CSAE, with regular updates based on global child safety standards.

- We do not collect unnecessary personal information from minors (e.g., sexual orientation, private location data) beyond what is required for basic app functionality.
